Next MAIN JOURNEY's path will have couple of other Valkyries. Your current armor set PROBABLY not suffice to take the damage. Therefore i suggest to complete other SIDE STUFF which will allow you to collect other powerful gear. With that being said, in Alfheim before, you did not complete SIDE STUFF in there, if you did, you should have collected a gear which allow you to SLOW DOWN the time which activates upon NEAR MISS an attack. Since you EVADES a lot (rather than blocking), you should be able to activate it often. This gear i meant is also very helpful against ALL VALKYRIES.

Loving the series so far!! Also, I’m not sure if anyone else has said this, but when you activate a realm travel door, it fully restores your health. I believe the game also allows you to quickly back out of it so that you still heal without having to go to the map Random ass word
